We have been providing full-service computer support for businesses since 2002. In addition to the usual things (server support & monitoring, PC maintenance, repair, networking, network administration) we learn and support your unique software packages; the ones your business depends on. Here are some factors that separate us from our competition:
We charge the same rates for days, evenings and weekends; your place or our place. Period. We do not charge double or triple rates for times that we feel are inconvenient. We are here for your convenience and to support your business; we work the hours that are suitable for your business and charge a single low hourly rate for all types of technical support or custom programming.
We do not charge for travel time. We charge for the work we do. If we are working onsite, we bill from the time we arrive at your facility, not from the time we leave ours. We must, however, charge for travel time for locations more than fifteen miles from the 05151 zip code. Also, we do not have a convenient drop-off/pickup location for your hardware repair needs; we come get your gear and return it to you at no additional cost.
We do not require a contract. Every client is a VIP. We want you to prefer our service, not be trapped by a contract. While we will happily guarantee your rates for a year at a time, we do not bind our clients with a one-sided agreement. You will be satisfied with the service we provide; if not, you are free to change providers at any time. Your business will have the best IT support you have ever had.
We only serve business. We have no storefront. We do not have the overhead associated with running a retail computer store and do not need to push equipment sales to make our ends meet. We will recommend hardware when it is appropriate. You may buy hardware from us or find it yourself; we will happily support your equipment regardless of where you purchase it. Also, we do not provide support to non-business users; we focus solely on the needs of business users.
